Scope:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Manager with a strong background in the electronics retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to drive strategic initiatives manage commercial relationships and optimize retail operations. This role requires a combination of strong leadership exceptional analytical skills and a deep understanding of the electronics market.

Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy Development

• Develop and implement effective commercial strategies that align with business objectives in the electronics retail industry.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to enhance competitive positioning.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead mentor and develop a highperforming commercial team.
• Foster a collaborative environment across departments to ensure seamless operations.

Customer Focused Operations

• Ensure a customercentric approach in all commercial activities and operations.
• Develop strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Financial Management & Analytical Skills

• Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial planning for retail operations.
• Utilize analytical skills to drive profitability and manage cost control.

Communication & Problem Solving

• Maintain clear and effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve commercial and operational issues promptly.

Creative Thinking & Adaptability

• Employ creative thinking to develop innovative solutions and approaches.
• Adapt to changing market conditions and modify strategies accordingly.

Decision Making & Critical Thinking

• Utilize critical thinking to make informed and quick decisions.
• Balance shortterm performance goals with longterm strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in commercial management within the electronics retail industry.
• Strong client relationships especially withgovernmental clientsare a must.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing commercial operations successfully.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in retail analytics financial management software and MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Working Conditions:
