Finance Director

Position: Finance Director

Industry: Food & Beverages

Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead and manage a small finance team providing guidance mentoring and
• fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure efficient and accurate execution of Accounts Payable and Accounts
• Receivable processes.

2. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for
  presentation to the CEO and other stakeholders.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance
  and provide insights for decisionmaking.

3. Financial Forecasting:

• Conduct financial forecasting budgeting and planning activities to support
  the companys strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather relevant data and insights for
  accurate forecasting.

4. Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external
  stakeholders.
  Communicate financial insights and strategies effectively to nonfinancial
  stakeholders.

5. Profit and Loss (PNL) Management:

• Monitor and analyze the companys Profit and Loss statement identifying
  areas for improvement and optimization.
• Implement strategies to enhance profitability while ensuring financial
  sustainability.

6. Risk Management:

• Assess financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends regulatory changes and market
  conditions that may impact the companys financial health.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior finance role with a focus on AP and AR management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in financial forecasting budgeting and strategic financial planning.
• Proficiency in financial software.
• Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
• Saturday (8:00 am to 12:00 pm)

$1500 $2000
