Facilities Head

Job Responsibilities:

• Innovate and develop the integrated facilities management operational model for the business ensuring Industry best practice and thinking and being commercially robust.
• Drive and represent Operations on the delivery function to effectively deliver outsourced integrated facilities management services and to ensure enduring enhancements/improvements within Operational Service delivery.
• Ensure appropriate governance is applied regarding all processes.
• Develop agree and implement strategic plans that meet business goals and objectives created in partnership with the customer and senior team that as a minimum meet contractual requirements and business targets including growth aspirations and be accountable for its delivery.
• Drive and represent Operations on the delivery of function to effectively deliver outsourced integrated facilities management services and to ensure enduring enhancements/improvements within Operational Service delivery.
• Recognise the difference between cost of operating the Estate (OPEX) and investment in the estate (CAPEX) and develop though life costed plans to support improved availability of facilities and assets without increasing overall (OPEX & CAPEX) expenditure.
• Handling ISO Internal and external audit

Candidate Requirement:

Experience: 18 years with Bachelor of Engineering
