David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading international BPO consultancy. Together were looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their team.

Position: Recruiter

Locations and work model: remote anywhere in Croatia

Employment type: full time contract permanent

Remuneration model: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with existing clients
• Conduct targeted headhunting to identify and approach suitable candidates even those currently employed
• Leverage the candidate database to pair the right individuals with clients vacancies
• Manage the endtoend application process from reviewing applications to coordinating interviews and creating candidate shortlists
• Provide comprehensive briefings to candidates about job responsibilities salary and benefits
• Prepare resumes and correspondence for submission to clients
• Facilitate interviews for candidates as per client requests
• Communicate interview results to candidates
• Negotiate pay and salary rates finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates
• Offer valuable advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates training opportunities and career progression
• Work diligently to meet and exceed targets related to candidate placements billed client values or generated business leads

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in French OR Italian OR Dutch both verbal and written.
• Spanish (C1) is a plus
• Mandatory to have excellent communication and customer service skills in C1 English language
• Previous recruitmentexperience in BPO RPO or recruitment agencies will be consideread as a big advantage
• Exhibit strong sales persuasion and negotiation skills
