Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Egypt our client is established in 2006 and is a key player in the energy sector with divisions in gas power petroleum and water. Specializing in transmission renewable energy and water treatment they operate in the UAE Qatar Libya and across Africa theyre in search of an HR Business Partnerto join their team.

Job Title: HR Business Partner

Scope:As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will help to bridge the gap between the employees andmanagement in specific business units ensuring everyones goals are aligned. You will act as a trustedadvisor on HRrelated matters advocating for employees while driving positive change. Your role involvesunderstanding and anticipating HR needs and creating solutions that benefit both the team andthe organization.

Responsibilities:

Talent Management:

  • Support managers in identifying and developing talent providing coaching and guidance on performance management.
  • Facilitate talent review and calibration sessions to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Strategic HR Planning:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align withbusiness goals.
  • Provide HR guidance and input on business unit restructures workforce planning andsuccession planning.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HRrelated matters.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues conducting thorough and objectiveinvestigations as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to daytoday management of employees reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

    Performance Management:

    • Drive the performance management process ensuring alignment with business objectivesand fostering a highperformance culture.
    • Provide guidance on setting performance goals conducting appraisals and developingaction plans for improvement.

    Training & Development:

    • Identify training needs and partner with the Learning & Development team to implementprograms that support business objectives.
    • Facilitate leadership development programs and succession planning initiatives.

    Change Management:

    • Lead and support change management initiatives ensuring smooth transitions and adoptionof new processes and systems.
    • Act as a change agent promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

    HR Metrics & Reporting:

    • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights making recommendations forimprovement.
    • Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior leadership.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure competitive and equitablecompensation practices.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices incorporating them into HR strategiesand practices.

    Compliance & Best Practices:

    • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
    • Provide input on compensation reviews and assist with benefits administration.

    Qualifications:

      • Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field.
      • 4 years of experience in HR with a focus on employee relations talent management and strategic HR planning.
      • Previous experience in oil & gas renewable energy or any related field.
      • Strong understanding of HR practices labor laws and regulations.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
      • Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution skills.
      • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
      • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
      • HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP SHRMSCP PHR SPHR) is preferred.
