Tasks
Your Business and Area of Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual reports and analyses
- Contribute to budget planning and monitoring as well as the creation of forecasts
- Analyze and monitor cost centers and projects to ensure financial targets are met
- Conduct variance analyses and comparisons of actual vs. budgeted results
- Maintain controlling and reporting tools
- Participate in crossdepartmental projects to optimize internal processes
- Perform accounting tasks including accounts receivable and accounts payable processing as well as initiating payments
- Support tax declaration preparation and other returning declarations (OeNB Stat. Austria etc.)
Requirements
Your Profile & Talents

- Completed Bachelor studies in Business Administration with focus on Controlling Finance Accounting or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in controlling or accounting is advantageous but not mandatory
- Solid knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Navision) is desirable
- Analytical thinking and strong numerical skills
- Independent structured and meticulous work approach
- Strong team and communication skills
- Flexible selforganized and you can manage your diverse tasks well; in doing so you coordinate internally with other departments.
- Handson mentality and willing to take responsibility
- Business fluent in English and German
