Tasks

• Member organization management (member acquisition member onboarding member calls)
• Activation of members on our website
• General updating of the website
• Entering members in the CRM and maintaining the CRM
• Invoicing members incl. payment control
• Management of our LinkedIn incl. posts about the new members
• Preparation of large online meetings in consultation with the board
• Various administrative activities (e.g. email administration)
• Support with various projects in the area of operations
• Build up a member benefit programme

Requirements

• Very good written and oral English skills; other European languages a plus
• Open and communicative personality
• Ability to work independently manage ones time and see the big picture
• Active thinking
• Accurate and qualityorientated work
• Tech platform skills: MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of Wordpress an advantage
• Min. 23 years old
• Ideally: Bachelor degree
