Work Location – Manama (Bahrain) Designation : Auditor / Sr Auditor Tax Free Salary & Experience : Auditor :3 to 5 years experience – up to QAR 8 k per month (INR Re 1.8 Lacs per month) Sr Auditor: 5 to 7 years experience – up to QAR 10k per month (INR Re 2.3 Lacs per month) + Annual air ticket + Health Insurance cover + Visa + local statutory benefits Qualification : BE / B Tech with professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or equivalent are preferred Experience : 3 to 7 years internal audits across various technical functions with consulting or audit firm. The Engineering Internal Auditor is responsible for executing internal audit engagements across various technical functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and petrochemical engineering principles, coupled with industry experience in aluminum, iron, and steel. The Senior Internal Auditor will work closely with management to provide insights and recommendations for improving internal controls and operational efficiency. Responsibilities includes: • Conduct internal audits across various technical functions. • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes. • Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Provide actionable recommendations to management for enhancing internal controls and business processes. • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions. • Perform analytical reviews by evaluating project evidence and documentation and formulating recommendations. • Develop and deliver presentations to clients and management on audit findings and recommendations. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices throughout the audit process. • Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting key findings and recommendations. • Present audit results to senior management and the audit committee. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of audit work and findings. • Collaborate with process owners to understand business operations and risks. • Provide guidance and support to junior auditors during audit engagements. • Analyze engineering workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and potential risks. • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize engineering practices and enhance productivity.
