AWS Cloud Architect

This is an AWS Migration project.

An AWS Data Architect to manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Years of experience needed: 10 years.

Technical Skills:
Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java (latest versions e.g. Java 17)
Frameworks: Expertise in serverside development with Spring Boot (version 2.5) and Spring Framework (version 5)
Data Architecture: Indepth knowledge of data decomposition patterns. Strong experience in creating entities EntityRelationship (ER) diagrams cardinality and normalization Proficiency in Physical Data Models (PDMs) and Logical Data Models (LDMs) representation
Data Types: Experience programming with polymorphic data types
Handson experience with Abstract Data Types (ADTs)
AWS Services: Extensive experience with AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) Proficiency with AWS Schema Conversion Tool (SCT) Familiarity with other AWS services like AWS RDS AWS Redshift and AWS Glue
Databases: Relational databases: Proficiency in MySQL PostgreSQL and Oracle NoSQL databases: Experience with DynamoDB and MongoDB
NewSQL databases: Familiarity with databases like Cockroach DB or Google Spanner Any experience with IBM DB2
Data Migration: Proficient in using data migration testing tools and methodologies
Additional Tools: Version control systems: Git CI/CD tools: Jenkins GitLab Containerization: Docker Kubernetes Monitoring and Logging: Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack (Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana)
Soft Skills: Strong problemsolving skills excellent communication and ability to work in an agile environment
