Our Senior Strategist will be in charge of creating monitoring and optimizing innovative endtoend brand and communication strategies. They will work together with the account creative and social operations team in order to provide strategic guidance and help make things happen. We are looking for a critical thinker someone with a passion for trying new things a nerd that wants to make interesting stuff. This person must have strong attention to detail to ensure deliverables are correct and appropriate for delivery.
They should also possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable taking the lead with clients from a strategic perspective. We need someone with a sense of entrepreneurship dynamic presentation skills excellent personal organization and interpersonal skills. This position will report to the Head of Intel
Responsibilities:
Ability to analyze information/data to convert them into insights
Detection of business communication and innovation opportunities
Cultural and trend analysis
Close working relationship with the creative team
Elaboration of influencerfocused strategies based on category analysis cultural context audiences and market trends and how they connect with creators and media tactics
Identification of best channels according to objectives audience market brand and category
Development of presentations with structured and creative thinking
Process data make accurate recommendations and optimize the strategic work based on results
Skills & Experience
5 or more years of previous experience in similar roles
English: Verifiable Advanced (Written and Spoken)
Strong experience working with influencers
Creative thinking
Ability to analyze information/data to convert them into business and creative insights
Excellent development of strategic decks and strategic narratives
Communication skills oral and written
Structured thinking excellent organizational skills
General media understanding and ability to analyze results to confirm if and why the strategy worked and what could be improve
Excellent presentation and narrative building skills
Experience in creative agencies
Experience in international brands
Independent proactive and agile in their way of work
Deep understanding of social media in a cultural technical and tactical way
