Job Title: Legal Operations and Support

Look for Jr or Mid level Legal IT operations

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to endusers troubleshoot problems and resolve issues related to business application like NetDocuments.

Answering customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

Coordinate between the business users and IT helpdesk to troubleshoot and resolve issues which can be blend of multiple factors.

Work with the software vendors if needed to troubleshoot and resolve users issues.

Handle difficult patiently on urgently basis.

Participate in testing whenever required.

Team player and able to follow the instructions provided.

Any other responsibilities as assigned to assist with adhoc duties.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelors degree in IT or related field with around 2 years of experience.

Experience with Legal IT Systems especially NetDocuments system is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle difficult clients patiently.

Strong MS Office skills especially Excel Word and Outlook.

This is an OnSite contract role.
