Mon; 9a6p
Tues; 9a8p
Wed; 8a8p
Thurs; 8a9p
Fri; 9a5p
Sat; 8a1p
Call Schedule: TBD
Oncall & some weekends
Patient Volume: 25 per day
Procedures:
Disease prevention diagnosis treatment and recovery
Treatment of acute illnesses & acute injuries
Prescribes and administers medications performs routine vaccinations and provides advice regarding personal health and hygiene
Duties:
Performs miscellaneous job
Proper and complete medical documentation
Provides direction to both clinical and reception support staff
EMR: Athena
Requirements:
Active NJ License (or willing to obtain)
BC in FM/IM
BLS (or willing to obtain)
DEA Verbal Confirmation (or willing to obtain
CSR/CDS Certified (or willing to obtain)
At least 2 years of Primary Care experience
Clean Record
