Position Technical Product Manager

Location: Candidates need to be physically located in EST remote ok.

Notes on responsibilities and day to day tasks:

We need Technical Product Manager ( 50% ) and 50% some level of handson such as doing POC s testing and lead developers etc.

1. In this role the person will spend more time partnering and engaging with other teams so they will in calls or meetings ¾ of their time.
   
2. Need to partner with global teams ( PST EST IST etc )
   

Someone with 25 yrs exp in startup/product company as Technical Product Manager or Developer/Tester role etc will be ideal.

Below are some day to day tasks :

Non Tech :

1. Help with Product RoadMap & features defining prioritization & maintaining for 3 tracks
   
1. Dev Assistant
   
2. Infra Use Cases
   
3. Data Use Cases
   
2. Drive Adoption across teams
   
3. Create Demo videos for new features and solutions
   
4. Gather requirements for new ideas features
   
5. Track Product issues / defects
   
6. Host Open Office Hours and help with adoption
   
7. Help with taking demo s and trainings ( such as show & tell prompt engineering sessions etc )
   
8. Help with Onboarding new user teams
   
9. Keep Track of Onboarding status of all teams
   
10. Help/Resolve cross team dependencies such as governance approvals platform & upstream/downstream teams
    

Tech :

• Research new frameworks propose and test new concepts. Lead & do ProofOfConcept Development of new features
  
• Create Platform Adoption/Usage Dashboards using BigQuery and Tableau etc
  
• Able to write/test Python Java code/ Unit Tests
  
• Familiarity with Testing frameworks ( doesn t need to be expert )
  
• Good knowledge of Prompt Engineering Vector DB s. Should be able to query Vector DB s
  

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Technical Lead to drive development and adoption of AI Solutions. In this role you will contribute to product roadmap product design development and onboaring of users to the platform. Your primary responsibility will be to lead development & adoption of Generative AI solutions that focus on technology improvements such as Technology Assistants & Data Management Efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as Data Scientists Core Development Team and Partner Team Developers to identify requirements and orchestrate development work across team(s) by contributing to design development and testing.

Design and develop Engineering Solutions & generative AI Applications for above ensuring scalability efficiency and maintainability of such solutions.

Assit for Product Roadmap creation & define product requirements.

Assist for adoption and promption of the platform such as conducting open office hours whitegloving team(s)onboarding etc

Write clean highperformance highquality maintainable code.

Implement prompt engineering techniques to finetune and enhance LLMs for better performance and applicationspecific needs.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field of Generative AI Application Development and actively contribute to the research and development of new Generative AI Applications.

Requirements:

A Masters or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Proven experience working for a startup or Product leading development and adoption of the product or a platform.

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python ML Platorms LLMs Machine Learning etc

Experience in development of technical product or platform for large enterprises.

Solid knowledge of software engineering best practices including version control systems (e.g. Git) code reviews and testing methodologies.

Experience with large language models (LLMs) & prompt engineering techniques vector DBs ( Nice to have )

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate and present findings to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Proven ability to adapt and learn new technologies and frameworks quickly.

A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and research.
