We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with clients and driving growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and identify potential business opportunities through market research networking and cold calling
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities
Attend conferences and networking events to promote the company and its services

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development sales or a related field
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
