Job Description

• Installing and configuring and upgrading computer hardware and software.
• Respond to support queries from help desk ticketing system phone and email.
  
• Installing and upgrading antivirus software to ensure security at the user level.
  
• Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
  
• Installing and troubleshooting of CCTV.
• Responsible for PCs Printers and related equipment (monitor keyboard mouse hard drive etc.).
  
• Managing employees emails/accounts.
  
• Adding and updating inventory of all equipment software and license users.
  
• Creating and updating IT data documentation if needed.
  
  Requirements
  
• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5 years of experience working in a help desk environment.
• A N experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized to handle Help desk tickets effectively.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
