Fullstack Lead

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to Lead the design development and deployment of scalable web applications using Node.js React and AWS.

Your day to day will encompass:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.

Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.

Help maintain code quality organization and automation.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our solutions cuttingedge.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise:

***At least 4 professional experience as a Developer***

Node.js: Extensive experience with serverside JavaScript RESTful API development and asynchronous programming.

React: Strong proficiency in building and maintaining web applications using React Redux (or other state management libraries) and componentbased architecture.

AWS: Deep understanding of AWS services such as EC2 S3 RDS Lambda API Gateway and experience with infrastructure as code (CloudFormation Terraform).

Database: Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB DynamoDB) databases.

Version Control: Proficiency with Git and Git workflows.

**Leadership and Management:**

Proven experience in leading a development team and managing project timelines.

Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.

Additional Skills:

Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins CircleCI or GitHub Actions.

Knowledge of modern frontend build pipelines and tools (Webpack Babel NPM/Yarn).

Understanding of serverless architecture and microservices.
