Zoom Vibe Co we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant you will play an integral role in supporting our executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules and calendars
• Coordinate meetings including sending out meeting invites booking conference rooms and creating agendas
• Take minutes and prepare meeting notes
• Assist with research projects and provide support in conducting market research
• Draft proofread and edit correspondence and other documents
• Arrange travel plans and accommodations for executives
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails prioritizing and responding accordingly

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
