We have a great career opportunity with one of our premium client ( Payroll 2COMS)for the role of Microsoft Windows Server Administration

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products both remotely and onsite.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows Server Administration and Microsoft Azure IaaS.

Implement technology at the operating systemlevel across all server and network areas.

Provide hardware and software support for particular software solutions/vendors/brands.

Work on L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.

Good To Have Skills: Experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.

Strong understanding of server and network areas.

Experience in hardware and software support.

Experience in L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Information Technology Operations or a related field along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
