Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Assistant to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the Social Media Manager in implementing the company's social media strategy creating engaging content and growing our online presence. This role requires excellent communication skills creativity and a passion for social media.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

   • Schedule and publish social media posts using social media management tools.
   • Monitor social media channels for trends conversations and feedback.
   • Engage with followers by responding to comments messages and mentions in a timely manner.
   • Assist in managing social media calendars and ensure content aligns with the marketing strategy.

2. Research and Trends:

   • Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends tools and best practices.
   • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
   • Assist in brainstorming and developing new and creative social media campaigns.

3. Administrative Support:

   • Maintain organized records of content assets and reports.
   • Assist in coordinating social media collaborations and partnerships.
   • Support the social media team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Canva).
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
