In collaboration we areworking with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard a Customer Service Representative to join their teams in Lisbon and to support a client who is the #1 in online marketing.
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment type: Fulltime
Schedule: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern Monday to Sunday from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customer support via email and chat primarily in Russian and occasionally in English;
- Assist with inquiries about account and payment processes;
- Resolve login and registration difficulties;
- Restore and modify emails phone numbers and other account information;
- Handle hacked accounts and restore characters;
- Address questions about the reward program;
- Answer queries about tokens and prepaid game cards;
- Handle any paymentrelated inquiries and process refunds;
- Professionally manage customer data.
- Please note that proficiency in both Russian and English both orally and in writing is a prerequisite for this position.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent level of Russian C1C2 level of Russian language and B2 English both oral and written
