Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Manager to join our team and support our growing Fintech Mortgage Brokerage client. This is a fully remote role offering flexibility and autonomy with periodic quarterly travel for team meetups and client meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent management preferably within the finance or mortgage sector.
  
• Excellent sourcing and screening skills with the ability to identify highquality candidates.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Job Boards and CRM systems.
  
• Willingness to travel quarterly for team meetups and client meetings.
