Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control BMS systems to ensure efficient operation of building systems including HVAC lighting and security systems.
  
• Identify diagnose and rectify faults within the BMS to minimize downtime and maintain system performance.
  
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of BMS hardware and software to ensure optimal functionality.
  
• Optimize energy usage within the building by adjusting system settings and schedules based on occupancy and usage patterns.
  
• Generate and analyze system reports to track performance identify trends and recommend improvements.
  
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies implementing corrective actions to maintain building safety and functionality.
  
• Assist in the implementation and integration of new BMS technologies and upgrades.
  
• Train and support building staff in the use and operation of BMS systems.
  
• Ensure all BMS operations comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
