We have an immediate requirement for the role of a Senior Fleet Sales Executive for our Automotive Division.
Requirements
- Ensure daily prospecting or customer visits made as per the standards set by the department.
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets set by the Manager Fleet & Lease.
- Qualify the customer requirement and submit the quotation accordingly as per the company guidelines.
- Ensure to submit daily Call reports Hot prospects lost order and monthly reports.
- Ensure the vehicles are sold on the basis of features and merits without discounting the brand. Constantly enhancing the image of the company in the eyes of the customer.
- Ensure a good product knowledge and information about the competition models features.
- Achieve higher fleet customer satisfaction index and handle customer queries or complaints. Report customer complaints to the Fleet Manager.
- Propose and follow up with finance companies for credit approvals for the customers and convert to the sales.
- Develop long term relationship with fleet customers to enhance the sales.
- Offer and conduct test drives with every new fleet customer. Emphasize test drives for the new models to build confidence.
- Actively participate in all sales campaigns and marketing activities to enhance the sales.
- Ensure that the car delivery to the customer is made within the committed time and the new car delivery process is followed.
- Ensure postsale follow up as a part of sales process.
Benefits
We are looking for candidates with relevant experience and the salary for this role will be BD 600 BD 700 gross.
