On behalf of our client we are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Product Development Manager to join the company in Riyadh.
Job Summary
The Product Development Manager will be reporting directly to the CEO and you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new financial products and features. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to bring compelling products to market. This role requires a deep understanding of financial services customer needs and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Develop and implement innovative operational strategies policies and procedures to support the companys longterm strategic objectives
- Lead crossfunctional teams to streamline workflows improve productivity and eliminate bottlenecks
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities that align with the companys strategic vision
- Develop comprehensive product roadmaps and launch plans including timelines resource requirements and success metrics
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch working closely with engineering design and other stakeholders
- Analyze product performance data gather customer feedback and make datadriven decisions to continuously improve existing products
- Stay uptodate with industry trends regulatory changes and technology advancements that could impact product strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop gotomarket strategies and support sales enablement efforts
- Effectively communicate product plans progress and performance to crossfunctional leadership
Requirements
- 10 years of progressive experience in operations management ideally in a fastpaced highgrowth FinTech company
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering IT or a relevant technical field (Masters degree preferred)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic innovative environment
- Extensive experience in the banking or financial technology industry with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices
- Highly techsavvy with the ability to understand and leverage the latest technologies tools and systems to enhance crossfunctional collaboration and productivity
