Adelphi is seeking a dedicated and qualified School Licensed Practical Nurse to join a school district in Fair Lawn New Jersey. The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide comprehensive health services promote health education and maintain a safe environment. They should be compassionate studentfocused and collaborate well with staff parents and healthcare providers.

Requirements:
Diploma or certificate from an accredited LPN program
Valid LPN license from the New Jersey Board of Nursing
Passed the NCLEXPN exam
CPR/BLS Certification
Fundamental nursing skills and knowledge
Ability to perform basic patient care under supervision
Responsibilities:
Provide basic nursing care
Monitor patient health by taking vital signs
Assist with daily living activities (bathing dressing etc.)
Administer medications under supervision
Report patient status to RNs and physicians
Prepare patients for medical procedures
Perform basic diagnostic tests
