On behalf of our client we are looking for a Graphic Designer.
Job Summary
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs for both digital and print mediums. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop effective visual solutions that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business marketing teams to translate business growth targets into platform specific persuasive creative assets to drive conversion inapp and across digital platforms (YT FB IG)
- Play brand guardian by maintaining brand guidelines across every piece of creative work produced at scale
- Step into the shoes of Company users in each category: understand their worlds motivations triggers and barriers to using company services and build compelling creative assets to convert them to users
- Bring creative flair to everyday interactions with users and potential users
- Identify opportunities across the year to proactively tell stories about our platform to further brand affinity for users and the world
- Designing for marketing assets; such as inapp banners social media ads print ads BTL collateral website graphics and events
- Designing for the brand and internal needs such as business cards stationery posters tshirts welcome kits flyers handbooks and signage.
- Establishing and maintaining companys design standards and guidelines
- Manage your own schedule and deliveries prioritize your own work lists and project manage multistakeholder campaigns
Requirements
- A minimum of 1year traditional design 1year digital design experience in a traditional agency environment or an inhouse creative team
- Grasp of theories of design layout color composition print media
- Experience in basic graphic design software adobe photoshop illustrator sketch corel draw etc.
- Experience in basic video editing software
- Bonus: Experience in animation software after effects premiere Pro final cut
