This is a remote position.

• Upgrade your skills by working on endtoend Recruitment for leading MNC companies.
  
• Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Monster/Shine and Linkedin.
  
• Screening the candidates resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
  
• Assess knowledge Communication skills aptitude and experience of the applicant.
  
• Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.
  
• Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.
  

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
  
• Interested in making their career in the recruitment field.
  
• Basic Technical Skills
  
• Must be comfortable working under a target.
  
• Must have a fully functional laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection
