Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Opportunity
Location: Dhahran Saudi Arabia
Type: Fulltime Executive Level
Experience: 15 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation development and implementation of the HR department.
- Drive HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee HR policies talent acquisition performance management and employee relations.
- Drive transformational initiatives to enhance company culture and structure.
- Promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and act as a strategic advisor.
- Report directly to the Corporate CEO.
Requirements
- Education: University Degree with postgraduate studies
- Local Expertise: Candidates must be familiar with local business practices and culture.
- Experience: 15 years in HR with 5 years in senior leadership roles in Saudi Arabia.
- Management Scale: Experience managing organizations with thousands of employees.
- Industry Background: Oil and gas industry experience valued.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dhahran.
- Skills: Strong leadership and transformational skills.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic both spoken and written.
- In accordance with Saudi labour regulations this position must be filled by a Saudi national.
