Recruitment and Onboarding coordinator

Here at Primus Workforce we provide safety minded experienced personnel support throughout the oil & gas construction and technical trades sectors to our clients longterm and shortterm contingency needs. We are a growing and dynamic company to work with providing you with the key to your future success.

This is a 2 3 month contract position.

Resposibilites:

• Support candidates and recruiters during the recruitment cycle.
  
• Answering phone call of job seekers.
  
• Support new hires and managers during the onboarding process.
  
• Support learning programs by organizing materials and distributing program resources.
  
• Supervise daily operations and upkeep of the Applicant tracking system addressing issues promptly offering technical support and handling escalations.
  
• Coordinate online orientation training activities.
  

Requirements:

• Clear verbal and written English skills
  
• Degree or diploma in a related field will be considered an asset.
  
• 0 2 years working in an office setting or HR related experience.
  
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office suite of software.
  
• Ability to work on weekends when needed.
  

• Flexible work hours
  
• Hybrid position expected to be in the office 2/3 days a week
