Solution Architect OMP Platform REMOTE

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in the OMP platform to join our team. The successful candidate will possess indepth knowledge of industry best practices business processes and technical architecture. This role involves leading the complete lifecycle of projects from design to delivery understanding and mapping business requirements into the OMP platform and managing a team of consultants. The ideal candidate will also have experience in delivering training handson demonstrations and leading teams across different locations and time zones.

Mode of work : Remote (Can work from any location)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices business processes OMP platform technical architecture and value proposition.

Lead the complete lifecycle of projects from design to delivery for various markets particularly focusing on the markets across geographies.

Conduct workshops with functional and business owners to understand market requirements and effectively map these requirements into the OMP platform creating clear solution proposals.

Lead and mentor a team of consultants to configure the OMP solution to solve complex planning problems ensuring rigorous performance monitoring processes are in place.

Plan develop and deliver training for Super Users and End Users globally.

Deliver handson demonstrations of the OMP Supply Planning Modules including DRP MPS DPS and MRP in various markets.

Lead teams distributed across different locations and time zones.

Guide teams through the full lifecycle of OMP Advanced Planning Solution implementation including business requirement gathering solution design and build UAT/SIT golive/cutover and value realization.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience with the OMP platform and a deep understanding of its technical architecture and value proposition.

Proven experience in leading the complete lifecycle of a project from design to delivery especially in a multinational context.

Strong skills in understanding and mapping business requirements into clear solution proposals.

Experience leading and mentoring teams of consultants.

Ability to plan develop and deliver effective training for a global user base.

Handson experience delivering demonstrations of OMP Supply Planning Modules.

Proven ability to lead teams distributed across various locations and time zones.

Strong project management skills with a focus on rigorous performance monitoring.

Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.

Experience working with the industry or other large multinational corporations.

Proficiency in conducting workshops and training sessions for diverse audiences.
