Customer Service Excellence:

Inventory and Resource Management:

• Manage workshop inventory spare parts and equipment to ensure adequate supply and optimal use of resources.
  
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for workshop equipment.
  

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to manufacturer standards and customer expectations.
  
• Implement quality control measures to minimize rework and warranty claims.
  

Financial and Administrative Responsibilities:

• Monitor workshop performance metrics such as productivity efficiency and profitability.
  
• Prepare and manage budgets control costs and optimize revenue opportunities.
  

Requirements
