Workshop Operations Management:
- Supervise and coordinate all workshop activities including vehicle repairs maintenance services and diagnostics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and local regulations.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead a team of automotive technicians and support staff providing guidance training and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Uphold high standards of customer service addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Inventory and Resource Management:
- Manage workshop inventory spare parts and equipment to ensure adequate supply and optimal use of resources.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for workshop equipment.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to manufacturer standards and customer expectations.
- Implement quality control measures to minimize rework and warranty claims.
Financial and Administrative Responsibilities:
- Monitor workshop performance metrics such as productivity efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare and manage budgets control costs and optimize revenue opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Automotive Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin (preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components.
Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Customerfocused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in workshop management software and MS Office Suite.
