Finance Manager

• Oversee and manage the Finance department including accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR) processes.
  
• Lead financial planning and cash flow management for development projects.
  
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop financial projections.
  
• Manage credit control and ensure timely collection of receivables.
  
• Develop and implement efficient financial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for projects and the company.
  
• Partner with business departments on financial aspects of development launches.
  
• Provide insightful accounting finance and tax expertise on commercial contracts financial incentives
  
• Account for and process monthly revenue collection vendor billings staff claims and journal entries
  
• Prepare tax computations coordinate filing of tax returns process tax payments manage withholding tax etc
  
• Collaborate with the CFO to develop budgets and cashflow forecasts.
  
• Maintain accurate accounting records including fixed assets AP/AR and project capital expenditures.
  
• Experienced with IFCA MHW or any property billing and accounting software(s)
  
• Ensure timely and accurate monthend closing and management account reporting.
  
• Manage yearend closing and submission of financial statements for regulatory compliance and tax purposes.
  
• Liaise with external auditors tax agents and other professional advisors.
  
• Ensure adherence to the companys accounting policies financial controls and risk management framework.
  
• Manage other adhoc financerelated tasks as needed.
  

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
  
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in Finance with good working knowledge of accounting (AP AR and GL).
  
• Experience in the Real Estate/ Property Development Industry would be an advantage.
  
• Good knowledge of credit and financial analysis would be an advantage.
  
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
  
• Techsavvy and familiar with IFCA software.
  
• Determined and adaptable with a positive working attitude.
  
• Independent but at the same time able to be a good team player.
  
• Strong multitasking and problem solving skills.
  
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
  
• Willing to travel when required.
