HR Coordinator - 100 Remote - USA Client

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Coordinator. In this role you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring they have a smooth and positive first impression.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in our HRIS system.
• Process employee benefits and answer benefitrelated questions.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team including scheduling meetings maintaining files and preparing reports.
• Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with employee relations matters such as leaves of absence and performance management.
• Stay uptodate on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in an HR role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detailoriented and accuracydriven.
