On behalf of our client we are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Chief Operating Officer to join the company in Riyadh.

Job Summary

The COO will be a key member of the executive team reporting directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all daytoday business operations to enable rapid growth and ensure operational efficiency. This is a strategic highimpact role where you will draw upon your extensive experience in the hightech industry and banking sector to drive the companys operational and financial performance.

• Develop and implement innovative operational strategies policies and procedures to support the companys longterm strategic objectives
  
• Lead crossfunctional teams to streamline workflows improve productivity and eliminate bottlenecks
  
• Oversee the technology roadmap and infrastructure to ensure reliable scalable and secure systems that support the companys growth
  
• Manage the customer support team to deliver an exceptional user experience and drive customer satisfaction
  
• Analyze key performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
