UIUX Designer

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong proficiency in Figma. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of design processes into the software development lifecycle meeting project deadlines and fostering effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. **Figma Proficiency:**

Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Figma utilizing it as the primary design collaboration tool for efficient project management.

3. **Stakeholder Management:**

Conduct and/or supervise regular meetings with product owners to ensure designs progress smoothly through the software development cycle.

Effectively manage and communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback address concerns and provide timely updates.

4. **Documentation and Version Planning:**

Utilize tools such as Figjam to document all features for each project version.

Ensure a thorough understanding of version planning and consistently communicate project progress through the use of detailed documentation.

5. **Prototyping:**

Collaborate closely with the design team to deliver prototypes for each project version ensuring accuracy and alignment with stakeholder expectations.

6. **Development Oversight:**

Perform and/or supervise complete handoffs to developers ensuring clarity and comprehensive documentation.

Oversee the development process promptly addressing developer and QA engineers requests to prevent blockers lasting more than a couple of hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Project Manager with a focus on agile methodologies.
  

• Proficient in Figma and other relevant design collaboration tools.
  

• Strong communication skills.Experience with Gantt charts for project planning and the flexibility to adapt plans rapidly.
  

• Understanding of version planning and the use of tools like Figjam for documentation.
  

• Ability to oversee development processes and address developer requests promptly.
  

• Proven ability to scale operations and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
