About the client:

The company is a global leader in design services and franchised distribution for semiconductors and networking products. They provide services and highvalue products including semiconductor components electronic devices network equipment and software primarily to Japanese and foreign electrical and electronics manufacturers who lead the information and telecommunication industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic planning

  • To identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives.
  • Ensure the companys workforce has the right size shape cost and agility for the future.
  • Select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles
  • Support regional HR Projects

Consulting leadership about HR matters

  • To provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies

Building a competitive organization

  • Helping line managers deal with organizational people and changerelated issues.
  • Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity.
  • Collaborating with other HR teams on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies.

Being a company culture and employee experience champion

  • Helping build and maintain a strong organizational culture as well as continuously improving the employee experience.

HRBP Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in HR Management or equivalent with at least 6 years or related work experience.
  • A good understanding of HR disciplines including diversity and inclusion performance management compensation and benefits talent management training and development etc.
  • Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business results.
  • Experience using HR technology (such as an HRIS BI tools data visualization programs) to create and implement HR strategy and apply HR management best practices.
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with National and Regional Labour law and tax and social security regulations will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • As the role supports our offices in Greater China ability to speak read and write in Chinese language is a must.
  • Good change management and project management capabilities.

Variable bonus: 1 month subject to individual performance

Overseas Travel is about 10% where necessary
