Physical Therapist - Oklahoma City OK

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our stateoftheart health and rehab facility. Our facility offers comprehensive rehabilitation services and we are committed to providing the highest quality care to our residents. As a Physical Therapist you will play a crucial role in assessing planning and implementing individualized treatment programs to help residents achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents physical conditions to determine functional capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings utilizing evidencebased practices.
• Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other interventions to improve residents mobility strength and overall physical function.
• Educate residents and their families on treatment plans exercises and strategies to promote recovery and prevent further injury.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians nurses and other therapists to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Monitor and document residents progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of treatment sessions progress notes and resident outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings case conferences and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional development and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience as a Physical Therapist preferably in a health and rehab setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidencebased practices in physical therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents families and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and MS Office suite.

Compensation:

• Salary: $85000 annually commensurate with experience and qualifications.
