Practice Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daytoday operations of the veterinary clinic including staff scheduling workflow management and ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
• Lead mentor and support a team of veterinarians veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure high standards of care and service delivery.
• Foster positive client relationships and ensure outstanding customer service experiences addressing client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Manage clinic finances including budgeting billing and inventory control. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and enhance clinic visibility within the community.
• Ensure maintenance and upkeep of clinic facilities equipment and supplies to provide a safe and functional environment for patients staff and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Veterinary Management or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in veterinary practice management or equivalent leadership role preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client and staff relations.
• Knowledge of veterinary practices procedures and terminology.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
