We are able to build or restore residential multifamily and commercial exteriors with a focus on quality and timeliness. To be successful in this role you will need to be personable timely organized and accountable.

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Canvassers.

Responsibilities:

1. Knock on doors or approach individuals in public places to initiate conversations.

2. Clearly and persuasively communicate the purpose of your visit or the information you are gathering.

3. Distribute promotional materials or information packets as required.

4. Answer questions and address concerns raised by individuals in a polite and professional manner.

5. Collect data accurately and efficiently using designated tools or forms.

6. Follow a predetermined script or talking points while maintaining a friendly and engaging demeanor.

7. Meet daily or weekly targets for the number of interactions or surveys completed.

8. Report back to the team leader or supervisor on a regular basis with updates on progress and challenges faced.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality.

2. Ability to remain composed and positive in challenging or rejection situations.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

4. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

5. Comfortable walking or standing for extended periods of time.

6. Prior experience in sales customer service or canvassing is a plus.

7. High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions:

Outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Travel within designated areas required.
