Head of Product

JatApp is an IT product company that creates valuable hightech products used daily by millions worldwide.

We are looking for a Head of Product for our product in the Books niche. It is a marketplace containing modern romance novels and connecting talented writers worldwide with true book lovers. We aim to make this product one of the leaders in the market.

Tasks

• Taking responsibility for the overall strategy and business success of the product
• Working with the main business metrics of the product net profit searching for growth points
• Business planning budgeting P&L management
• Development and management of product strategy
• Management of a crossfunctional team working on their development training and motivation
• Close collaboration with the Marketing team
• Conducting an analysis of the market and competitors
• Development of a datadriven approach in making product development decisions
• Conducting A/B tests and improving the methodology
• Optimizing the teams operational activities

Requirements

• 4 years of experience n Product Lead/Product Manager positions
• 2 years of experience with People Management
• Experience with B2C mobile products
• Decisionmaking skills based on data analytics (datadriven approach) with experience in A/B testing
• Demonstrable success in product development with measurable results
• Experience working with the subscription and/or transactionbased monetization model
• Experience in working closely with the Marketing team (incl. paidperformance marketing)
• English at Intermediate (B1) level or higher
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent strategic thinking risk management and leadership skills
• High level of flexibility and adaptability ability to work independently and propose initiatives
