Generalist Fund Settlement

Tasks

Controlling of the settlement of traded fund products / Booking of subscriptions and redemptions of funds in the systems / Daily reconciliation of fund positions with external partners worldwide / Support of portfolio managers and sales desks in daytoday business / Execution of foreign exchange transactions / Processing and monitoring of corporate actions / Close cooperation with custodian banks and fund managers / Integration of new funds into the systems of the Middle Office and Trading / Cooperation with custodian banks and brokers / Optimization of the infrastructure of the Middle Office and Trading by supporting automation projects.

Requirements

Commercial apprenticeship and possibly further education (HF) / Very good knowledge of securities and funds / Professional experience in settlement or corporate action / Experience with working with custodian banks and brokers / Communicative fast and accurate working personality / Independent reliable way of working / Quick perception and high sense of responsibility / Ability to work under pressure / Fluency in German as well as English.
