Unit Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Unit Sales Manager at MetLife Jordan, located in Amman. As a Unit Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and monitoring sales performance. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role that requires regular travel within the Amman area.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry
