Job Description:
As a Sales Representative (German Speaker) you will be a crucial part of our dynamic sales team. Your primary role will be to expand our customer base in Germany and other Germanspeaking regions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Account Management: Maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborating with the team to develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Product Presentation: Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Managing the entire sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing agreements.
- Performance Tracking: Analyzing sales performance and providing regular reports to management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Languages: Fluent in German (both written and spoken) and a good command of English.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales ideally in a B2B environment is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- ResultsOriented: A driven and goaloriented mindset with the capability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proactive Attitude: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
