Key Responsibilities:

• Review online videos content complaints and legal notices related to copyright.
• Update and audit content on a popular social media platform.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain a broad knowledge of client products/services and adhere strictly to accuracy guidelines.
• Protect customer data and ensure compliance with processes.
• Review and manage sensitive content in accordance with policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Native Italianspeaker and B2level English.
• Must be located in Porto or Portugal with the ability to relocate to Porto immediately.
• Valid work permit in Portugal.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts.
