Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage online videos content complaints and legal notices related to copyright.
• Update and audit content on the platform ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain knowledge of client products/services and uphold strict accuracy guidelines.
• Protect customer data and adhere to compliance processes.
• Handle sensitive content in line with policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and B2level English.
• Must be located in Porto or Portugal with the ability to relocate to Porto immediately.
• Valid work permit in Portugal.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts.
• Ready to start on 25/07/2024.
