Job Summary: We seek a proactive and resultsoriented Junior Marketing and Advertising Sales Agent fluent in German and proficient in English (B2 level or higher). This remote position is perfect for a selfstarter with at least one year of experience in sales and/or marketing. The successful candidate will play a critical role in promoting our digital services generating new business leads and supporting our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development:
- Identify and engage potential clients within the German market for our digital marketing and advertising services.
- Conduct thorough market research to uncover new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Initiate contact with prospects through various channels (email phone social media) to generate leads and arrange meetings.
- Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients ensuring regular followup to build relationships.
- Present and demonstrate our digital services to prospective clients clearly communicating their benefits and value propositions.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Marketing Support:
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our digital services.
- Develop engaging content for our website social media platforms and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Support the planning and execution of online events webinars and other promotional activities.
- Manage and update our CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads and clients.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Gather and analyze client feedback working with the team to implement necessary improvements and enhancements.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and customer support to achieve common goals.
- Participate in regular team meetings contributing ideas and insights to enhance our sales and marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies to remain competitive.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or marketing preferably within the digital services industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and sales techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- A proactive resultsoriented mindset with keen attention to detail.
