Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Project Lead Technical to join our clients team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The successful candidate will have a strong background in delivering complex projects and supervising staff. This role involves conducting location field inspections maintaining accurate data and records and ensuring compliance with quality standards policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in accordance with contract requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct location field inspections and provide progression reports related to parking management and systems.

• Supervise staff and ensure effective project delivery.

• Maintain accurate data records and documentation as specified.

• Address issues as they arise to minimize impact on operations adhering to applicable plans such as emergency planning.

• Ensure compliance with agreed quality standards policies procedures codes and legislation in collaboration with the IT team.

• Carry out allocated tasks or projects in accordance with contract requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in delivering complex projects and supervising staff.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.

• Ability to ensure compliance with quality standards policies procedures and legislation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in parking management systems or a related field.

• Familiarity with IT systems and emergency planning protocols.

• Additional certifications in project management or related disciplines.
