Accounting Manager

Job Title: Accounting Manager

A Bay Area services company is looking for an Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly financial statements and account reconciliations
• Handling quarterly and annual consolidations
• Working with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and tax returns
• Ensuring all adjustments are properly recorded
• Managing a team of five and be responsible for reviewing the work of the accounting team
• Presenting financial information to senior management as well as the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• 4year degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of supervisory experience in accounting
• Experience in working with a company with multiple locations and entities
• Strong analytical skills
• Great Excel knowledge
• Strong financial systems experience

Pay Range: $135k$150K per annum
