Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai and Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client acquisition client retention lead generation cold calling and client visits. If you have excellent communication skills a great personality and prior experience in clientfacing roles we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand the business.
- Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition.
Client Retention:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through various channels including networking online research and referrals.
- Qualify leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Cold Calling:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
Client Visits:
- Visit clients to establish and strengthen relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client acquisition client retention lead generation cold calling and client visits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Great personality and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in clientfacing roles is essential.
