Responsibilities:
- Payment Management:
- Track and chase overdue payments from clients.
- Maintain a record of all invoices and ensure timely followup on pending payments.
- Balance Calculation:
- Calculate and reconcile daily weekly and monthly balances.
- Ensure accuracy in financial statements and reports.
- Expense Management:
- Monitor and track business expenses.
- Ensure all expenses are recorded and categorized correctly.
- Income Monitoring:
- Track and record all income transactions.
- Reconcile income records with bank statements.
- Financial Reporting:
- Generate financial reports and summaries as required.
- Prepare and present periodic financial statements to management.
- ERP System Utilization:
- Use the Duxbe ERP system for tracking sales purchases and financial transactions.
- Ensure data accuracy within the ERP system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (experience with Duxbe ERP is a plus).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word).
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
